Shipping policy

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days.  After that, the delivery time within the USA is 3-6 business days.

We are not responsible that may be affected by customs, natural events, or local carrier in your country.

We are not responsible for the package that leaves our facilities, it is the responsible of the shipping company to delivery your product.

In case of a missing package, please complete a missing package request with the postal service.  Regrettably, credit cannot be provided for missing packages beyond our control.
